THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The construction is pathetic, and the design are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd purchased something usable instead. S
